This notice has not yet been reviewed by a solicitor. We have written it as accurately and plainly as we can from how the product actually works, but nothing on this page is a guarantee of legal compliance.

The service

NewLeaf builds one-page CVs, cover letters, application answers and short hiring-team messages from facts you have confirmed, and tracks your applications. It is a preparation tool: it never submits anything to an employer, recruiter or job board, and it never fills in or clicks anything on a portal on your behalf. "Open application page" always opens the employer's own site for you to finish yourself.

Your facts, your responsibility

Everything on a generated document comes from your master CV and the evidence you have confirmed. Employers, titles, dates, degrees, grades and links are never changed by generation; wording is. The product never invents an achievement, a number or a claim you have not given it. You are responsible for the truth of what you confirm and for what you actually send to an employer. Feedback you send us about a document can propose a correction to your master CV, but nothing changes until you confirm it yourself. Your evidence bank stores each accepted achievement bullet so it can be truthfully reused across applications; it is private to your account, is never used to train a model, and is never shared with anyone else.

What the product can and cannot do

The CV template is fixed at one page with five headings. We target filling 80–88% of that page and will not publish a document that falls far short of, or badly overflows, that target. If your confirmed evidence is genuinely too thin to fill even most of a page, generation fails honestly and asks you to add more evidence — we do not pad it with invisible filler, shrink text, duplicate lines or invent achievements to force a fit. A very long history may need you to choose what to feature. A scanned, image-only CV cannot be read as text; you will need to enter your details once by hand instead.

The pass

One free generation to try, no card required. Then £19 once. Generate CVs and cover letters for 30 days. No renewal. Fair use: 20 generations per London day. A CV and letter together count as one. Failed generations do not count. An optional hiring-team message in the same generation is included. A standalone answer, later letter or later hiring-team message counts as one generation. No subscription and no automatic renewal — we never charge your card again without a fresh purchase. After the pass ends, everything you have made stays available: your master CV, tracker, documents and downloads. Only new generation stops.

A CV and letter generated together, with or without a hiring-team message in the same request, count as one generation. A standalone answer, a letter added later, or a hiring-team message added later, each count as one generation of their own. A generation that fails — one that does not produce a usable, validated document — never counts and is never charged. Full pass terms are also shown on the billing page before you pay.

Immediate access and your right to cancel

Buying a pass starts your access immediately, at your explicit request — the "Start my pass now" checkbox at checkout is exactly this consent, given instead of waiting out the usual 14-day cooling-off period before service starts. Cancelling within 14 days refunds the unused days; a proportionate amount for days already provided may be deducted. To cancel, email dath.analyst@gmail.com.

Refunds

£19.00 is the total price you pay. If VAT applies to this purchase, it is included in that figure; we never add anything on top at checkout. To ask for a refund, email dath.analyst@gmail.com with your account email and the date you paid. We process a refund manually to your original payment method through Stripe; paying by card never gives us your card number.

No guaranteed outcome

NewLeaf cannot guarantee you an interview, an offer, or a particular score from any employer's applicant-tracking system. Building a truthful, well-formatted document from facts you confirm is the entire scope of the service.

Acceptable use

One account per person. You must not:

  • upload, describe or claim a document, a fact or a person's data you do not have the right to use;
  • use NewLeaf to scrape, automate or bulk-submit to a job portal or employer site;
  • try to make the service state something false about you; or
  • attempt to bypass the fair-use, rate or security limits described in this notice.

Reminders are not a deadline guarantee

A reminder is a courtesy, sent by best-effort email based on a date you confirmed. It is not legal advice, and it is not a guarantee that you will not miss a deadline. You are responsible for tracking and meeting every deadline that matters to you.

Service limits and availability

Fair use while a pass is active is 20 successful generations per London calendar day; the limit resets at midnight London time. We run reasonable rate limits across the product to keep it available and secure for everyone; see our privacy notice for how we log this. We aim to keep NewLeaf available but do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may need to pause it for maintenance or to fix a problem.

Your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Access is disabled immediately; deletion of your data normally completes within 24 hours. Full detail on what is deleted, and the two narrow exceptions — Stripe's own payment records, and a short-lived internal record that stops a restored backup bringing a deleted account back — is in our privacy notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes and contact

We will show you a new version of these terms before it applies to you. Questions about these terms, a refund or anything else: dath.analyst@gmail.com. Provided by Dimitrios Athinaios, trading as NewLeaf, current terms version 2026-09-14.v1.
